Total Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Printing.com plc (the "Company") notifies the market of the following:
Printing.com plc's issued share capital consists 44,993,465 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 75,000 shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 44,918,465 (the 'Figure').
The Figure may be used by the shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Printing.com plc.
