POST-CLOSE TRADING STATEMENT
Since the last update at the AGM in July, sales volumes disappointed through to the end of August. September has proven more in line with expectations. Encouragingly, progress has been made with the licensing of the Group's SaaS platforms into other territories.
Taking into account the above and the costs of establishing the Group's SaaS offerings the Directors expect the results for the year to be below market expectations and skewed towards the second half's trading.
The interim results for the six month period ending 30 September 2013 are expected to be announced on 4 November 2013.
