Block admission application

Grafenia (AIM: GRA) announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission to AIM for a block admission of 3,026,306 new ordinary shares of one penny each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares").

The New Ordinary Shares will be issued in the event of the exercise of employee share options under the Company's 2017 Save as You Earn Share Scheme.

Upon exercise, the New Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank, pari passu, in all respects with the existing ordinary shares.

It is expected that such admission will become effective on or around 2 March 2020.
