AGM STATEMENT
Les Wheatley, the Chairman of Printing.com plc (AIM: PDC), will release the following announcement at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held at 10.00am in Manchester today.
Trading Update
Post the last market update, trading across the Group continues to be broadly in line with expectations.
The Group's new SaaS offerings, TemplateCloud.com and W3P.com have continued to attract interest, not only in the UK but also in other territories. To this end, the Group is engaged in a number of progressed initiatives regarding 'proof of concept' for international licenses in specific territories.
