London, 5th June, 2013: Gulfsands Petroleum plc ("Gulfsands", the "Group" or the "Company" - AIM: GPX), the oil and gas production, exploration and development company with activities in Syria, Morocco, Tunisia, Colombia and the U.S.A is pleased to report that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today at 11:00 a.m. all the resolutions outlined in the notice of the meeting dated 10 May 2013, except for Resolution 8 which was withdrawn, were duly passed.
