Gulfsands Petroleum Plc ("Gulfsands" or the "Company"), the AIM listed oil and gas company (AIM:GPX) with activities in Syria, Morocco, Tunisia and Colombia, presents the following report on the resolutions put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held today at 11.00 a.m., pursuant to the Notice of the meeting dated 11 April 2016:
· Resolutions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 were all passed as ordinary resolutions on a show of hands.
· Resolution 10 was passed as a special resolution on a show of hands.
