Golden Prospect Precious Metals Limited (the "Company" or "GPM")

Board Changes

​

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that following the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 5 June 2026, Monica Tepes has been appointed as GPM's non-executive Chair. Monica succeeds Toby Birch, who remains on the Board but intends to retire later this year.

Whilst remaining a committee member, Monica has stepped down as Chair of the Company's Remuneration & Nomination Committee, and is succeeded by Christopher Waldron. Monica has also stepped down as a member of the Company's Audit Committee, which now comprises Helen Green (committee chair), Christopher Waldron, and Toby Birch. Monica will continue in her position as Chair of the Company's Management Engagement Committee.

Monica Tepes commented:

"The Board of GPM would like to express its heartfelt thanks to Toby for his years of hard work and dedication as a non-executive director and subsequently Chair of the Company. We look forward to Toby's continued participation until he steps down from the Board.

I am grateful to have received a positive reception and support from GPM's Shareholders at the AGM, and am excited to take on the role as Chair of the Company."
