Genus plc
Director/PDMR Shareholding
Genus plc (LSE: GNS) announces that yesterday conditional nil-cost share options were granted under the Genus 2014 Performance Share Plan over ordinary shares in Genus to the Executive Directors and members of the Genus Executive Leadership Team ('GELT') as listed in table A below. In addition, following Genus's compulsory deferral requirements relating to the annual bonus earned by Executive Directors and GELT for the financial year ending 30 June 2017, nil-cost share options were granted over ordinary shares under Genus's Deferred Share Bonus Plan as listed in table B below.
Details of the performance conditions that apply to the nil-cost share options can be found in the Directors' Remuneration Report of the Genus 2017 Annual Report.
The below notifications, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, give further detail of the nil-cost share option awards made on 13 September 2017.
