Director/PDMR Shareholding
Genus plc (LSE: GNS) has been notified that Iain Ferguson, Chairman, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 24 November 2021 on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 4,495.6 pence per share, listed in Table A below.
Genus further announces that Catherine Ferguson, the wife of Iain Ferguson, Chairman, purchased 4,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 24 November 2021 on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 4,476.5 pence per share listed in Table B below.
The below notifications, made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, gives further detail of the number of ordinary shares purchased.
