Board Update

Genus, a world leading animal genetics company, is pleased to announce that Richard Wood, Chief Executive, has accepted the Board's proposal that he continues to lead the Company on a rolling contract basis terminable on 12 months notice by either party. 

The Board believes that this contract extension will ensure operational stability for the Company's challenge of delivering planned growth, particularly in the emerging markets.
