The Annual General Meeting of GEONG International Limited (AIM: GNG), the AIM listed China based provider of enterprise content management (ECM) software and solutions, will be held at 9:00am UK time on 27 September 2010 at:

The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2010, Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been posted to Shareholders and are available on the Company's website at www.geong.com.
