Replacement Standard Form TR-1
This Announcement replaces RNS number 2456I as issued by Greencore Group plc at 16.09 on 15 June 2017. An amendment has been made to section 5, where the date on which the threshold was crossed or reached has been amended from 14th May 2017 to 14th June 2017.
