Gulf Marine Services PLC ("the Company") - Additional Listing

Application has been made for the listing of 519,909 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The shares will be issued in respect of the Company's 2016 Long-Term Incentive Plan.

The shares are expected to be admitted to The Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 18 April 2019 and will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
