Response to Press Comment
The Board of Pursuit Dynamics plc (AIM:PDX), the developer of the PDX® Reactor and PDX® Atomiser products and technology, notes recent press speculation. As the Company said on 28 June 2012 in an update on its strategic review, a number of strategies are available to the Company for funding its growth. The Board continues to explore a range of options and will provide updates as appropriate. In the meantime the Company continues to work on building its sales pipeline in its Brewing Food and Beverage Line of Business (LOB) and in its Public Health & Safety LOB it expects to launch its M800 mobile disinfection unit into the market during September.
