Partnership agreement with the Health Lottery
Gaming Realms plc (AIM: GMR), the developer, publisher and licensor of mobile real money and social games, is pleased to announce that it has signed a partnership agreement with the Health Lottery.
Gaming Realms will become an instant game partner to the Health Lottery and also develop and launch 'Health Games', a new B2C gaming site, which will be based on Gaming Realms' proprietary gaming platform. The long-term partnership will be based on revenue share. The Health Lottery, which is operated by Northern & Shell, is one of the most recognisable brands in the UK, with hundreds of thousands weekly customers both online and in retail.
Commenting on the agreements, Patrick Southon, Gaming Realms CEO, said:
"Gaming Realms has already successfully collaborated with Northern & Shell with the development of the Expresswins and Starwins gaming sites for The Daily Star and Daily Express brands, so the Company is delighted to be further developing its relationship and becoming a partner to the Health Lottery."
