1 July 2005 Pursuit Dynamics plc (the `Company') Additional Listing Pursuit Dynamics plc announces that 27,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each (the'New Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted following an exercise ofoptions by employees of the Company pursuant to the Pursuit Dynamics ShareOption Plan 2001. The options were exercised at 33.5p in respect of 5,000 NewOrdinary Shares and at 111p in respect of 22,000 New Ordinary Shares.Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank paripassu with the existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM, andadmission is expected to take place at 8 a.m. on 7 July 2005.
