GAME DIGITAL PLC
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulations.
GAME Digital plc (the "Company"), announces that on 26 November 2018, the 2015 Deferred Bonus Award ("Award") under the GAME Digital plc Performance Share Plan (the "PSP") vested and on 27 November 2018 the Award was cancelled by Pablo Crespo, a PDMR of the Company, in lieu of a cash payment.
The Award represented the deferred element under the Company's Annual Bonus Scheme, following a bonus payment to Pablo Crespo in relation to the financial year ended 25 July 2015. Under the Annual Bonus Scheme, it was required that up to 50% of the bonus paid be deferred into shares for a period of three years. Other than employment, no further performance conditions were therefore attached to the award.
