GAME Digital plc (the 'Company') Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
Performance Share Plan
It was confirmed on 27 November 2015 that, on 26 November 2015, the following Deferred Bonus Award under the GAME Digital plc Performance Share Plan (the 'PSP') was made to Pablo Crespo as PDMR of the Company:

Note: This award was granted as a nil cost option over ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.01 each in the Company, where a participant will normally be entitled to exercise their award and receive the shares between the third and sixth anniversary of grant, subject to their continuing employment. No consideration was paid for the grant of the award.
This Deferred Bonus Award has been granted under the PSP and represents the deferred element under the Company's Annual Bonus Scheme, following a bonus payment to Pablo Crespo in relation to the financial year ended 25 July 2015. Under the Annual Bonus Scheme, it is required that up to 50% of the bonus paid be deferred into shares for a period of three years. No further performance conditions are therefore attached to the award.
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1).
