EBT Share Awards
Gama Aviation Plc, one of the world's largest business aviation service providers, previously established an employee benefit trust ("EBT") as a transitional mechanism to facilitate awards of ordinary shares to legacy Gama Aviation employees employed at the time of the reverse takeover of Hangar8 plc in early January 2015. The EBT held a total of 1,363,855 ordinary shares in the Company.
Following a sale of shares by the EBT, the EBT no longer has a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
