Director/PDMR Transactions
On 15 February 2018, Neil Medley, an Executive Director of the Company, was issued a total of 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at nil cost, in accordance with the terms of his Service Agreement. The Company will shortly be making an application to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of these shares to trading on AIM.
Gama Aviation has also been notified that on 13 February 2018, Judith Medley, the wife of Neil Medley, purchased a total of 25,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 255 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the issue of shares and the share purchase, Neil Medley and persons closely associated with him will be interested in 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
