Globaltrans announces dividend record date

Globaltrans Investment PLC ("The Company" or together with its consolidated subsidiaries "Globaltrans" or "The Group") (LSE ticker: GLTR), announces that subject to shareholders' approval of the dividend at the annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company to be held on 19 April 2013, the dividend record date is set as 19 April 2013. The Global Depository Receipts will be marked as ex-dividend on 17 April 2013.
