Further to its announcement on 19 April, and to previous announcements in relation to the ongoing proceedings in Jersey, England and Malaysia, the Company announces that the trial of the Jersey proceedings has now been scheduled to commence on 20 September 2016, with a time estimate of approximately 3 weeks.
