12 March 2012 Galileo Resources Plc ("Galileo" or the "Company") Directorate Changes
Galileo announces the appointment of Mr Andrew Sarosi, currently Technical Director of the Company, as Finance Director, replacing Mr Tony Shakesby who has resigned. The Company would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Shakesby for his services, in particular his efforts in the successful reverse take-over of Skiptons Global Investment Limited (BVI) and the subsequent admission of the Company to AIM. Mr Shakesby has agreed to act as financial consultant to the Company.
Mr Sarosi will continue to act also as Technical Director
Andrew Sarosi holds a B.Sc. Metallurgy and M.Sc. Engineering, University of Witwatersrand and is a member of The Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining. He has more than 10 years corporate and 30 years operationl experience. He is a director of AIM listed Jubilee Platinum plc, for which he was finance director from January to July 2010.
The disclosure relating to Andrew's appointment required under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies is set out in the Company's Admission Document.
