SCRIP DIVIDEND SHARES - ADDITIONAL LISTING
The GLI Board wishes to confirm the following in respect of the scrip dividend:

Dividend amount per share: | 1.25 pence |
Scrip dividend price per share: | 57.43 pence |
Payment date/Allotment of scrip*: | 18 September 2015 |
Number of new shares to be issued: | 128,022 |
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 128,022 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading. These ordinary shares are to be issued as a scrip dividend alternative to receiving a cash dividend in respect of the dividend for the second quarter of 2015. Dealings are expected to commence at 8:00 a.m. on 18 September 2015.
On admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will consist of 214,559,865 ordinary shares. All of these ordinary shares carry voting rights of one vote per ordinary share. There are 2,392,865 ordinary shares held in treasury and so the total number of voting rights in the Company following admission will be 212,167,000, which is also the figure that should be used by shareholders following admission as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
