Correction to Total Voting Rights

The following amendment has been made to the Company's Transaction in own shares announcement released on 22 October 2015 under RNS 0380D.

The announcement incorrectly stated the Company's issued ordinary share capital and total number of voting rights as being 214,431,843, when it should have stated 214,559,865. The relevant paragraph within the announcement is restated below. All other details remain unchanged.

"Following this transaction, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 214,559,865 Ordinary Shares. All of these Ordinary Shares carry voting rights of one vote per Ordinary Share. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury and so the total number of voting rights in the Company is 214,559,865. The above figures should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules."
