Announcement of Dividend

The Directors of GLIF have declared a dividend of 1p per share for the second quarter of 2011. The dividend will be payable to shareholders on the register on the record date of 29 July 2011.

The shares will have an ex-date of 27 July 2011 and will be payable on 12 August 2011.
