The Company has been advised that, on 7th April 2015, the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company at a purchase price of Β£4.025 per Ordinary Share through a ProfitΒ Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has been approved by HMRC.
