The Company has been advised that, on 5th March 2013, the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company at a purchase price of Ā£1.77 per Ordinary Share through a Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has been approved by HMRC. Their previous and current shareholdings, including those held by Related Persons, are as follows:
