Update on Directorships
This is notice of a correction and update to Keith Lough's Non-Executive Chairman directorships contained on pages 88 and 165 of the prospectus published by the Company on 31 August 2016 (the "Prospectus").
The Company has been informed by Mr Lough that the Prospectus should have stated that he is also a non-executive director of Bondco 921 Realisations Plc (formerly Rock Solid Images Plc) which has been subject to a solvent members' voluntary liquidation since May 2015.
In addition Mr Lough has informed the Company that on 3 November 2016 he ceased to be a director of Papua Mining Plc and was appointed as a director of Abacus Geoscience Limited on 27 October 2016.
