Greenko, the Indian developer, owner and operator of clean energy projects, has today received notification from two of its non-executive directors that they have purchased ordinary shares of EUR0.005 each in the Company ("Greenko Shares").

Hari Kiran Vadlamani yesterday purchased 100,000 Greenko Shares and today purchased 600,000 Greenko Shares, at a price of 90p pence per share. Following this acquisition, Hari Kiran Vadlamani owns 700,000 Greenko Shares representing 0.45% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Vin Murria purchased 152,000 Greenko Shares on 21 October 2015, at a price of 88p pence per share. Following this acquisition, Vin Murria owns 452,000 Greenko Shares representing 0.29% of the issued share capital of the Company.
