Directorate Changes
Greenko announces that, following the disposal of all of the Company's shares in Greenko Mauritius and all other assets held by the Company to Greenko Energy Holdings, Hari Kiran Vadlamani has resigned from the board with immediate effect. In addition, and in accordance with the Company's investment policy approved by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 9 November 2015, Mahesh Kolli, Anil Chalamalasetty and Vasu Kaipa have all switched from executive to non-executive directors of the Company.
Keith Henry, Chairman of the Company, said
"We announced on Friday 20th November the completion of the disposal of the Company's shares in Greenko Mauritius. Kiran has been involved in the Company from the beginning, helping the organisation to develop and build a portfolio of 1,000MWs. On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Kiran for his invaluable guidance and support over the last 8 years as a director of Greenko, and we all wish him well with his future activities."
