TREASURY SHARES - CANCELLATION

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that the 12,000 shares purchased on 03 May 2016, the 12,000 shares purchased on 04 May 2016, the 40,000 shares purchased on 05 May 2016, the 10,000 shares purchased on 06 May 2016, the 25,000 shares purchased on 09 May 2016, the 10,000 shares purchased on 10 May 2016, the 10,000 shares purchased on 11 May 2016, the 10,000 shares purchased on 12 May 2016, the 10,000 shares purchased on 13 May 2016, the 15,000 shares purchased on 16 May 2016, the 17,000 shares purchased on 17 May 2016, the 7,000 shares purchased on 18 May 2016, the 30,000 shares purchased on 19 May 2016, the 12,000 shares purchased on 20 May, the 10,000 shares purchased on the 23 May 2016, the 10,000 shares purchased on the 25 May 2016, the 12,000 shares purchased on the 26 May 2016 and the 10,000 shares purchased on 31 May 2016 have been cancelled in accordance with the Company's treasury share policy published on 15 August 2010. Following the cancellation, the Company now holds 502,145 shares in treasury.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 102,734,713 ordinary shares with voting rights with a further 502,145 shares held in treasury.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's total number of shares with voting rights therefore remains unchanged at 102,734,713.
