Further re dividend
The following replaces the Further re: Dividend Declaration announcement which was released at 12.11 p.m. on 17 November 2017 under RNS number 8528W which had not included the last date for receipt of currency elections.
At the Annual General Meeting on 16 November 2017, QIF shareholders approved a final dividend of 3.0 cents per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 30 June 2017. The Directors wish to confirm that this will be payable after completion of the proposed tender offer.
The dividend will be paid on 9 February 2018 to ordinary shareholders on the register as at 5 January 2018. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 4 January 2018 and the last date for receipt of currency elections will be 5 p.m. on 19 January 2018.
