Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT" or the "Company") announces that on 27 March 2019, Andy Balchin, non-executive director of the Company, purchased 8,233 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 89.9 pence per Ordinary Share.
The Ordinary Shares, being equivalent to 0.01 per cent. of GHT's voting share capital, represents Andy's only holding in the Company.
