Gresham Computing PLC30 April 2008 For immediate release 30 April 2008 Gresham Computing plc ("Gresham" or "the Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding Director option award The Company announces that on 29 April 2008, Eric Sepkes (Executive Chairman)was granted option awards over 5 pence ordinary shares in the Company("Shares") under the Company's Executive Option Plan 2007 as follows: Number of Shares over which award granted: 400,000, comprising 266,667 basicawards and 133,333 bonus awards. The awards will be first exercisable, subjectto achievement of target share price performance conditions, as follows: Between29 April 2011 and 28 April 2018: one third of the basic award exercisable(target share price £2.50). Between 29 April 2012 and 28 April 2018: one thirdof the basic award exercisable (target share price £3.00). Between 29 April 2013and 28 April 2018: one third of the basic award and all of the bonus awardexercisable (target share price £4.00). These awards all have a strike price of62.25 pence and no consideration was paid for the grant of these awards. After this notification, Mr Sepkes holds options over a total of 400,000 Shares.
