Clareti contract win with fast-growing financial group

Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing solutions for data integrity and control, banking integration, payments and cash management, is pleased to announce a new Clareti contract win.

A fast-growing global financial group, with a European banking presence, has selected the Clareti platform to connect, control and ensure the integrity of its data and processing, as it deploys its next generation of digital banking solutions for the asset management and corporate sectors.

The combination of Gresham's leading financial connectivity and reconciliation technology with its deep domain expertise in cash management, banking integration and payments, has enabled Gresham to provide a rapid solution for the customer's complex requirements without the expense and risk of alternative approaches.

This new contract, signed on 10 March 2021, is expected to generate total software subscription fees of EUR 1.4m over a committed five-year term, in addition to services revenue to deploy the solution.
