AGM Statement

Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham", "Company" or the "Group"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing solutions for data integrity and control, banking integration, payments and cash management, will hold its Annual General Meeting at 11.00 a.m. today at the offices of Singer Capital Markets at 1 Bartholomew Lane, London EC2N 2AX.

At the meeting, the following statement will be made by Gresham's Chairman, Peter Simmonds, on behalf of the Company:

"I am pleased to report that the Company has made a positive start to the year with a number of encouraging Clareti orders from existing and new clients across the Group, including the recently announced £6.3m subscription agreement with an existing Tier 1 bank customer which highlights our ability to land and expand within our largest accounts. The acquired Electra business, which is now an integral part of the Group, is also performing well.

Greater regulation, compliance and Board oversight of risk management all continue to drive demand for our control and automation solutions in financial services as evidenced by the pleasing growth in our pipeline. This, combined with a strong financial position and our ongoing investment in the Group's resources, underpins the Board's confidence in our ability to continue to deliver profitable organic growth in line with plans.

We look forward to reporting further progress in the second quarter and will provide an update at the time of our interim results in July 2022."
