The Board of SPARK has noted the recent fall in the company's share price, and wishes to notify shareholders that reported net asset value per share is anticipated to be not less than 15p for the year ended 31st March 2008. SPARK maintains significant cash balances and has no debt. Prior to releasing the detailed preliminary results the Board is awaiting the outcome of portfolio negotiations which are expected to conclude by the end of July and may or may not produce an improved effect on the above net asset figure. Discussions with the strategic investor announced earlier in the year are continuing.
