Net Asset Value Update
SPARK Ventures plc ("SPARK" or the "Company"), announces that as at 16 October 2015 the unaudited net asset value (NAV) per ordinary share was 993.8 pence, based on 3,687,504 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 50 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares"), being the Company's issued share capital of 3,843,275 Ordinary Shares less 155,771 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
