Gooch & Housego PLC (AIM:GHH), the specialist manufacturer of photonic components and systems announces that the Company was notified on 28 February 2024 that, on the same date, Gary Bullard, Chairman, purchased 377 Ordinary Shares at a price of £4.94 per share and that Elaine Sullivan, a person closely associated to Gary Bullard, purchased 263 Ordinary shares at a price of £4.94 per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, Gary Bullard has increased his interest to 43,721 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.17% of the Company's total issued share capital.
