Gooch & Housego PLC (AIM:GHH), the specialist manufacturer of photonic components and systems, announces that the Company was notified on 21 February 2024 that, on the same date, Charlie Peppiatt, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 2,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £4.90 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Charlie Peppiatt has an interest in 7,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.03% of the Company's total issued share capital.
