Block Listing Application

Application has been made to AIM for the block admission of 227,403 Ordinary Shares of 20p each in the Company ("Shares"). These Shares, which rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Shares in issue, will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the Gooch & Housego Long Term Incentive Plan.

Admission is expected to become effective on 29 December 2017
