AIM Disclosure Update

In accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company announces the following additional information in respect of Dr Peter Bordui and Mr Mark Webster's previous directorships. Dr Peter Bordui and Mark Webster were appointed as Non-executive Directors of the Company on 22 February 2012.

The Company announces the following information in respect of Dr Peter Bordui's previously disclosed directorships:

President, CEO and chairman of Bookham, Inc. (March 2004 to April 2009)

·; Bookham, which was initially listed on the London Stock Exchange and subsequently listed on NASDAQ, was involved in a variety of litigation proceedings. Peter Bordui was not named in any of the litigation and was not a Director of the company at the time the events referred to in the litigation occurred. Non-executive director of New Focus, Inc. (December 2001 to March 2004)

·; New Focus, which was acquired by Bookham Inc. in March 2004, was involved in a variety of litigation proceedings. Peter Bordui was not named in any of the litigation and was not a Director of the company at the time the events referred to in the litigation occurred. Non-executive chairman of Photonic Materials Ltd. (June 1999 to October 2005)

·; Photonic Materials Ltd. entered into voluntary liquidation in October 2005. Other than shareholder loans, all valid creditor claims and bank loans were paid in full.

In addition to Mark Webster's current and previous roles announced on 23 February 2012, he has also been a director of the following companies during the past 5 years:

·; Webspriory Consultants Limited (now dissolved)

·; Webster Consultants Limited (now dissolved)

·; ICP Therapeutics Limited (a dormant, non-trading company that has now been dissolved)

There are no further disclosures required under Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
