Director's Notification

In accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules, Duncan Abbot, a director of the Company, has notified Gresham House of the following information.

C.O.A.L I.T. Services Limited, a company of which Mr Abbot is a non-executive director, was placed into Administration on 20 May 2015. As a non-executive director, Mr Abbot initiated enquiries that led to the disclosure of significant liabilities, incurred prior to his appointment, that could not be met. It is expected that there will be a deficit to creditors of approximately £2.3 million.
