Following the posting of the Company's annual accounts on 29 January 2010, the Company was informed by Gresham House plc that it is beneficially interested in 4,873,331 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company. Gresham House plc is therefore interested in 8.71% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
