Block Listing Application

Greatland Gold plc (AIM:GGP), a mining development and exploration company with a focus on precious and base metals, announces that a block listing application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for up to 74,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective on or around 11 January 2023.

The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time in order to satisfy the grant of awards under the Greatland Gold Employee Share Incentive Plan.

Following admission, the Company's issued share capital remains unchanged at 5,015,876,282 ordinary shares of 0.1p each. The Company will make six-monthly announcements of the utilisation of the Block Admission, in line with its obligations under AIM Rule 29.
