Exercise of Share Options

Galliford Try Holdings plc (LSE:GFRD, the "Company") announces that an application has been made for admission of 882 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange (together "Admission"). These new Ordinary Shares are being issued and allotted pursuant to the Company's 2021 Employee Sharesave Scheme and will rank equally with the existing issued Ordinary Shares.

Following Admission, which is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 23 December 2022, the total number of shares in issue and voting rights in the Company will be 108,845,602 Ordinary Shares. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure (108,845,602) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
