Galliford Try plc
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation.
Galliford Try plc (the "Company") notifies that the following restricted ordinary shares of 50 pence in the Company, previously granted under the Galliford Try plc Annual Bonus Plan 2007, were released on 27 September 2018 to the persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") detailed below:
