Completion of Share Buyback Programme
Galliford Try Holdings plc ("Galliford Try"), the UK construction group, announces that it has completed its share buyback programme, first announced on 21 September 2022.
Galliford Try confirms that a total of 8,404,148 ordinary shares of 50 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") were repurchased, and subsequently cancelled, at an average price of approximately £1.78 per Ordinary Share, and a total cost of £15.0 million.
