Board and Committee Changes

Galliford Try, one of the UK's leading construction groups, confirms that Jeremy Townsend, Non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, will as previously announced on 6 July 2020, step down from the Board and leave the Group on 30 September 2020.

Marisa Cassoni, Non-executive Director and current Chair of the Remuneration Committee will assume the role of Chair of the Audit Committee, on Jeremy's departure. Marisa is a chartered accountant with more than 40 years' experience as a finance professional.

Terry Miller, Senior Independent Non-executive Director, will become Chair of the Remuneration Committee replacing the current chair, Marisa Cassoni. Terry was previously interim Chair of the Remuneration Committee between November 2017 and February 2019.
